Rob Smith is a 4x GNAC Coach of the Year recipient (2010, 2011, 2014, and 2015). Smith coached two GNAC championship teams in 2011 and 2015, guided the program to their first NCAA postseason appearance (2015) since 1968, and first home playoff game since 1960. Rob Smith will become the third football coach to be inducted into the Hall of Fame as he joins Phil Sarboe and Bud Van Deren.
