Katie Sanger, a junior transfer from Palomar JC, led the Lumberjacks to victory in their first cross country race of the season, the Humboldt Invitational at Patrick's Point State Park. Sanger finished second overall with a time of 22 minutes, 27.49 seconds on the 6K course.
