Rolland raced away from the field, leading the Humboldt State women to an easy win at their own Humboldt Invitational cross country meet Saturday at Beau Bre Golf Course. Rolland, a national qualifier in the steeplechase during last spring's track season, eased away to a 7-second win, timing 23 minutes, 32 seconds on the 6-kilometer course.
