HUMBOLDT STATE (2019-20):  Saw action in 24 games while shooting 66% from the field....Scored 86 points including a season 11 points against Cal State East Bay (Jan. 23, 2020)..Grabbed 61 rebounds and blocked eight shots...Named to D2ADA Achievement Team….Also selected to the CCAA All-Academic Team and Winter CCAA All-Academic Team…NABC Honors Court Team.

PRIOR TO HSU:  Transferred to Humboldt State from Saddleback College in Fall of 2019....All-OEC Second Team 2019....First Team All-Defense.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep..2014 CCS Title Game MVP...2014 Newcomer of the Year...2015 All-Second Team....2016 All-First team.

PERSONAL:  Son of Ali Poorsina and Natalya Kovalchuk of San Francisco....Likes to travel and have quality time with his family.
