2019: Placed ninth in the 400hurdles at CCAA’s...Ran a season best time of 57.54 in the 400hurles and placed third in Chico Twilight…Ran a season best time of 18.83 in the 110hurdles at Mike FAnellie Track Classic… Placed fifth (52.42) in 400 and sixth in 200 (24.24) while second in 110hurdles at Humboldt Invite…Finished in seventh in 400hurdles at Kim Duyst Invite…Placed second in 400hurdles and fourth in 60hurdles at Green/Gold.
