JUNIOR COLLEGE: His significant efforts contributed to Yuba City College's 33-4 record and advancement all the way to the California JC State Championship title game. He was recognized with second team JC All-State honors
HIGH SCHOOL: He also racked up awards during his career at Rocklin High School, where he led the Thunder to 55 wins and an appearance in the 2010 CIF Championship game. In doing so, he averaged 23.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game.
