HUMBOLDT STATE: In his fourth season playing and fifth on the Lumberjacks.

2013 - Saw action in 17 matches and started 14 contests ... produced one goal and an assist for three points ... netted goal at Cal State East Bay ... assisted on score against Sonoma State ... booted six shots and put three on goal.

2011 - Medical redshirt.

2010 - Started nine of 14 games appeared in ... recorded an assist in a victory over Cal State Monterey Bay ... registered six shots and three on net.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played one season for American River College ... helped lead the Beavers to a California Community College Playoff run.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played three years at Ponderosa High (Shingle Springs, Calif.) ... earned All-Sierra Valley League first team honors ... voted team MVP ... served as Bruins' captain final year ... aided club win Sierra Valley Leauge title.

PERSONAL: Born April 19, 1991 ... parents are Mark and Robyn Swartz ... brother, Connor Swartz, currently plays on the Virginia Tech soccer team and mother, Robyn, played volleyball at Chaffee Junior College ... majoring in history and philosophy ... enjoys reading, playing soccer and running ... played club soccer for Placer United and CASA Boca Soccer Club.
