Biography

PERSONAL:  Graduated this past Spring from Franklin HS in Portland, Ore.....During his interscholastic career at Franklin HS, he scored 18 goals and assisted on eight goals in 37 matches...During the 2019 season, Baxter was named to the First Team All-League Team....Member of the 2020 NWNL Championship Team as well as the 2018 NWNL Championship Team....Baxter and his teammates captured the OSAA State Cup Championship in 20115, 2018 and 2020....Member of the Honor Roll at Franklin High School all four of his high school years.
