HUMBOLDT: (2012) Advanced to the NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships, where he was HSU's No. 3 man on the 16th-place Lumberjacks. (2011) Was the Jacks' No. 2 runner at the 2011 California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.(2010) Lumberjacks' No. 4 man at the 2010 NCAA West Region Championships in Bellingham, Wash.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned the coaches' award and was selected team captain in 2009 at Petaluma HS.
