HUMBOLDT (2023): Started in all 26 matches in the 2023 season...Recorded 61 kills, and led the team with 757 assists (7th in CCAA)...Had 223 digs with 22 blocks...Posted a double-double against Cal State San Marcos (10/21) with 24 assists, 12 digs...Slavik had a season high of 51 assists against Chico State (9/23). 

PRIOR TO HUMBOLDT: Graduated from St.Charles East High School...-AVCA team academic award...Honor roll all 4 years...NASBA Center for Public Trust Ethical Leadership Certified...Three-year letter winner...Named to the Under Armour Players to Watch List as both a junior in 2016 and a senior in '17...All-Illinois selection in 2017 after changing from setter to right side hitter due to team injuries, leading the Fighting Saints to their first regional win since '14 and an appearance in the sectional finals as team captain...Earned All-Area honors in both 2016/17 and was named to the Scholastic Cup All-Tournament Team in 207 after being named to the Hinsdale Central Classic All-Tournament Team as a sophomore in 2015...Was named to PrepVolleyball.com's 16 Open Star Search List and the 2016 JVA World Challenge 15 Open Dream Team...Won an AAU National Championship in 2018 in the 2nd division...Transferred from University of Wyoming...Recipient of the teammate chosen, “Giver” Award.

PERSONAL: Graduate Student, pursuing a Masters of Business Administration...Daughter to Ryan and Laurie Slavik, a Univeristy of Wisconsin volleyball alum... sister to McKenna, who plays volleyball at Clemson, and Bayden Slavik, a member of the Men's Volleyball team at Emerson College...Enjoys hiking, running, hanging out with friends, family, and her cats...Fun fact, she has been in a movie with Jennifer Lawrence!

Why Did You Choose Humboldt?
"I chose Humboldt because of the opportunities, coaches/teammates, and campus! They have a great MBA program, whilst also a growing volleyball team that I wanted to be a part of. It is also a beautiful campus with both the redwoods & the ocean which I loved! Last but not least, the coaches & team. We all have similar goals & mindsets about next season & the seasons to come, so it made my decision on what school to choose easy!"
