(2022 CROSS COUNTRY):  Ran a personal best time of 23:38.1 at CCAA's and 20:04.1 in 5K Bowles Invite...(2020):  COVID...(2022 TRACK AND FIELD):  Recorded personal best times of 1:03.57 in 400 at CCAA's, 5:05.25 at Fanelli Classic in the 1500 and 2:24.31 in the 800 at OSU PNW...(2021):  Red-shirted....CCAA All-Academic Team.

PERSONAL:  Graduated from San Lorenzo HS…Five-time Competitor at California State Championships as a member of San Lorenzo Cross Country and Track/Field Team…In Cross country:  2016 Newcomer of the Year…2017 Coaches Award….Track/Field:  2019 MVP….Qualified/competed at the USA Junior Olympic National Cross Country Championships in New Mexico…Daughter of James Penny and Adrienne McConnell.
