Jasper Peach clocked a personal best time of 9 minutes, 8 seconds to finish second overall in the men's 3,000 meter steeplechase late Friday evening at the Oregon Relays hosted by the University of Oregon. The time is the fourth best in the nation this year, and is a provisional qualifier for the NCAA Championships.
