ARCATA –The Humboldt State men's soccer team will play one more non-conference affair Wednesday at 7 p.m. against Academy of Art University before getting back into California Collegiate Athletic Association action. The Jacks will make their lone trip to Southern California to face Cal State Dominguez Hills at 7 p.m. Friday and UC San Diego Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
Head-to-Head: Wednesday features the first-ever meeting between HSU and Academy of Art. ...Cal State Dominguez Hills holds a 4-1-1 all-time record over Humboldt State, with the Toros beating the Jacks 2-1 last season. ...Humboldt State has never beaten UCSD, going 0-6-1 all-time, including the Tritons' 2-0 win last season.

Lumberjacks Notes: Humboldt State enters this week 5-2-3 overall and 1-2-2 in the CCAA after a hard-fought 2-2 tie against No. 23 Sonoma State and a 2-0 loss against No. 5 Cal State Los Angeles.
