ARCATA, Calif. - Cal Poly Humboldt midfielder Izaiah Grosveld has been named to the 2026 All-CCAA First Team, the California Collegiate Athletic Association announced Wednesday.

The sophomore from Arcata was one of four midfielders selected to the first team by the conference's head coaches. Grosveld was also the Lumberjacks' lone representative among the first-team, second-team and honorable mention selections.

Grosveld led Humboldt offensively during his second collegiate season, starting all 18 matches and finishing with six goals, three assists and 15 points across all competition. He also led the Lumberjacks with 42 shots and 18 attempts on goal.

During CCAA play, Grosveld recorded six goals and two assists for 14 points. He finished fifth in the conference in goals, sixth in points and led all CCAA players with 17 shots on goal.

Grosveld delivered two of the conference's top individual performances of the season, recording five points in matches against Menlo and Stanislaus State. His five-point performances tied for the second-highest single-match total by a CCAA player in 2026.

The midfielder scored twice and contributed an assist in Humboldt's 3-0 conference-opening victory over Menlo at College Creek Field. Grosveld broke the scoreless tie with a penalty kick in the 70th minute, assisted on the Lumberjacks' second goal and completed the performance with another goal in the 83rd minute.

That performance helped Grosveld receive his first career FloCollege/CCAA Offensive Player of the Week award.

Grosveld matched his career high against Stanislaus State on Oct. 24, scoring two goals and assisting on another. His two-goal performances against Menlo and Stanislaus State tied for the second-most goals by a CCAA player in a match during the season.

He also recorded six shots against Cal State East Bay on Sept. 20, tying for the third-highest single-match total in the conference.

Grosveld scored in four consecutive CCAA appearances to begin conference play, finding the back of the net against Menlo, Cal State East Bay and Cal State San Bernardino. He completed the season as Humboldt's leader in goals, points, shots, shots on goal and game-winning goals.

The honor is Grosveld's first career All-CCAA selection.
