Lumberjack Notes

Bobic currently leads the pack with 50 three-pointers and a 40 percent shooting mark from long range. As a team, HSU has made 207 three-pointers and has shot 37 percent from beyond the arc. …Franci has moved to the top of the all-time HSU list in single-season rebounding, where her current total of 265 has passed the previous best of 254 achieved by Dawn Miner in 1992-93 and Julie Mack in 1993-94. …Looking beyond the CCAA event, the Lumberjacks are a solid lock to advance into the NCAA Division II West Region Championships, which begin March 13 at a site to be determined. Humboldt State was ranked No. 4 in this week's regional poll, the final rankings released prior to Sunday's announcement of the field of eight that will make up the regional field, and the entire field of 64 nationwide. …Saturday's CCAA championship game advances the winner into the regional field as the league's automatic qualifier. Along with the Jacks, CCAA semifinalists CSU Dominguez Hills (7th) and Chico State (9th) are also listed in this week's poll.
