Johnson's Comments
“The last week and a half we've had nothing but disappointing results. I've never had a team as talented as this one that has come out on the short end of so many games. In the last four games we haven't given up a really good goal, but we've lost each match. The difference has been our own mental and physical mistakes. We have to work through these problems in order to get the results we want." …“CSU San Bernardino will be ready to play. In part that'll be due to my past at CSUSB. They are 5-1, but I don't think they had a really difficult preseason. Their win against (CSU) Dominguez Hills was impressive, but Dominguez has had some surprising results this year. For us to play in the heat and on one of the largest fields in the conference will be a big challenge." …“Cal Poly Pomona has a new coach, so I'm not quite sure what to expect from him or his team. I will be very disappointed if we don't come away with a good result.”
