Head Coach Frank Cheek's Comments

“Monterey Bay dropped their last two to Sonoma State last week, but they hit the ball really well.  They have three very good junior college pitchers who have transferred in.  We will have to play well to get out of there with a couple of wins and we have to hit the ball.  We can't go another 23 innings without getting any clutch hits.” ... “Academy of Art beat us in the fall and they have a good ball club and good pitching.”
