Shelli Sarchett reached a career milestone with her 100
th win. The Jacks found more success with a 5-1 result in the finale.
"It was another good weekend for us," said Sarchett. "It is always nice to get wins on the road. We are playing good ball, and we just need to keep rolling."
The Jacks improved to 13-1-1 overall and 8-0 in California Collegiate Athletic Association action following the series sweep. HSU is the only program undefeated in conference play.

Tiffany Hollingsworth RBI single increased the lead to 3-0 in the third, and
Breonna Bejaran added a homer in the fourth to make the score 4-0.
Katie Obbema logged her third straight shutout and scattered seven hits as she lowered her ERA to 0.91. Obbema did not allow a walk in her third consecutive game.
Holland went 2-for-3 at the plate and stole a pair of bases in the win.
GAME TWO(Humboldt State 5, Cal State San Marcos 1) A Melyssa Bellamy RBI triple in the first inning of the series finale gave the Cougars their first lead of the series.
San Marcos led 1-0 and limited HSU to just one hit and one baserunner through four innings.
Winona Vigil swatted an RBI double in the sixth to tie the game, and her base hit proved to be the spark the HSU offense needed.
A four-run sixth inning put the game in the win column for the Jacks. A one-out
Darian Harris double plated two and extended her hitting streak to seven straight.
Sydney Roberts and Vigil added RBI base hits later in the inning.
Madison Williams rebounded after the first inning and baffled the Cougars lineup. Williams fanned seven and improved her record to 6-0 with the win.
