Hanna Holland broke the program's career stolen base record in last Tuesday's doubleheader and continued to hit the ball well on the road trip. The senior compiled a season-high three hits in game three of the series and has recorded a base hit in seven of the team's last eight games. Jasmine Hill picked up her third victory of the season in HSU's 8-6 win over their Northern California rival. The right-hander logged 6.0 innings in the series opener.

Sonoma State swept East Bay in a four-game series prior to the Pioneers' trip north. East Bay enters the series with a 3-20 overall record and a 1-15 record versus CCAA opponents. Sarah Fukushima is hitting a team-best .419, good for seventh best in the conference.
