SECOND HALF:  Humboldt State (7-13, 3-12 CCAA) cut the deficit to 46-42 on a Jackson Strong jumper off a pass from Zachariah Christian in the first two minutes of the new stanza.  UC San Diego went on a 15-1 run to take a 61-42 lead in the next five minutes.  The Tritons increased their lead to 70-45 mid-way through the second half.  A three by Amari Green off a pass from Strong cut the deficit to 82-63 with less than a minute to go in the game.  Martin Trombe's three made the final UC San Diego 85-63.
