Coach Norwood Picks Up First Win in Debut as HSU's Head Men's Basketball Coach

BELMONT,  Calif.---  First-year head men's basketball coach Tae Norwood picked up his first win as Humboldt State's head coach this afternoon in the Lumberjacks' 89-87 double overtime win over Academy of Art (2-7) in Belmont, Calif.  The Lumberjacks had five players score in double digits paced by Amari Green's career high 27 points.  Green went 9 for 16 from the field including connecting on three of his attempts from beyond the arc.  He also was a perfect six-for-six from the line.  Gabrys Sadaunykas recorded his first double-double of his career in the Green and Gold with 10 points and 16 rebounds.  Victor Mijas added 20 points while AJ Sims and Keshawn Hall each chipped in 11 points.
