ARCATA, Calif.--- Nicole Yakushenok had 21 assists while Kaitlyn Patterson had 21 digs as the Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjacks fell in three sets to the San Francisco State Gators on Thursday evening at Lumberjack Arena. Elyse McKinney led Humboldt with six kills while Lindsey McLaughlin and Avery McIntyre had two blocks each in the loss. 

Humboldt (2-14, 1-12 CCAA) returns to the court on Saturday Oct. 22 when they face off against Cal State Monterey Bay (7-13, 3-10 CCAA) at Lumberjack Arena at 4pm. The match will also be the team's Dig Pink Match in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
