'Jacks Struggle Defensively in Loss to Pioneers

Humboldt drops second straight to move to 7-10 in conference play

ARCATA, Calif.--- The Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjacks dropped their second in a row, falling 90-68 to the visiting Cal State East Bay Pioneers on Thursday evening at Lumberjack Arena. Madison Parry and Jayci Bayne led the way for the Lumberjacks with 17 points each while Sara Ahmadpour added 15 and Kaz Parks added 11. The loss drops the 'Jacks to 9-12 overall and 7-10 in CCAA play while East Bay improves to 11-10 and 8-9 in conference.
