ARCATA, Calif. — Cal Poly Humboldt Athletics celebrated a highly successful week of fundraising, generating more than $223,000 in support of student-athlete scholarships through its annual Giving Day and the 40th Annual Humboldt Athletics Auction.
The week-long effort showcased the strength and generosity of the Lumberjack community, with alumni, supporters, and campus partners rallying together to invest in the success and experience of Cal Poly Humboldt's student-athletes.
The milestone 40th Annual Auction served as the centerpiece of the week, bringing together supporters from across the region for an evening of connection, celebration, and philanthropy. The event highlighted the rich tradition of Lumberjack Athletics while reinforcing a shared commitment to the future of Cal Poly Humboldt student-athletes.
"We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our Lumberjack family," said Dr. Nick Pettit, Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Campus Recreation. "This past week is a powerful reminder of what makes Humboldt so special. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters and the broader Humboldt community, we are able to continue creating meaningful opportunities for our student-athletes and positively impact their lives both in the classroom and across competition."

Funds raised throughout the week will directly support student-athlete scholarships, helping to ensure access to a transformative collegiate experience for Lumberjacks across all sports programs.
