HUMBOLDT (2024): All-CCAA First Team...In her senior season, Starr started 48 games of the 2024 season at third or behind the plate...Hit .325 in 155 at bats (6th in conference), posting a .922 OPS with 51 hits...Recorded a .548 SLG% with 31 RBIs (7th in CCAA), 13 doubles (4th in conference), 13 walks, and seven home runs (8th in conference)...Starr posted a .374 OB% with two stolen bases...On the defensive end, had a .972 FLD%, with 158 put outs, including throwing out six runners from behind the dish...(2023):  CCAA All-Academic Award, CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll...2023 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American Award...Started in 44 of the 49 games she appeared in, either behind the plate or at third base...Hit .329 in 140 at bats...Recorded 46 hits (third on the team), with 12 doubles, one triple against Augustana on February 2nd, and 26 RBIs...Posted a .810 OPS, and hit her only home run of the season against Regis University. Had a season high of four RBIs against Dominican on March 15th. (2022): Started in all 51 games she played in during 2022...Named to ALL-CCAA Second Team...CoSIDA Academic All-District Team...Hit a team leading .395 while driving in a team high 41 runs....Had 22 extra-base hits including a team high 15 doubles...Scored 23 runs and was a perfect eight-for-eight in stolen base attempts...Had 23 multiple-hit games including going four-for-five with seven runs batted in at Holy Names...Posted a .605 slugging percentage and a .419 on-base percentage...Hit safely in 16 of the final 18 games she played in during 2022...Evelyn Andrews Award Recipient for the department...(2021):  NFCA All-American...NFCA All-West Region...NFCA Player to Watch Top 30 List...CoSIDA Academic All-District....D2CCA All-West Region...CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll...Named to Department of Athletics' Spring Dean's List...Batted a team high .468 with a team leading six home runs in 14 games...Drove in 15 runs while scoring 13 runs...Hit three doubles and a triple...Posted a .957 slugging and .468 on-base percentage....Named to CCAA All-Academic Team....D2ADA Academic Achievement..(2020). Started in 11 of the 15 games she played in while batting .313….Had 10 hits of which two were home runs and three were doubles…Drive in seven runs and scored eight runs…Posted a .594 slugging and a .421 on-base percentage with a 1.000 fielding percentage….Named to 2019-20 CCAA All-Academic Team.

PRIOR TO HUMBOLDT: Graduated from Mountain House High School….Four-time Team Captain…Three-time All-TVAL (CIF) Honoree along with being a 2018 All-League WAC (CIF) Honoree….Named to 2018 Cal-HI Sports All-State Team.

Why Did You Choose Humboldt?
"The first time I came to Humboldt, I knew this was the place I wanted to be even if softball wasn't a part of the picture. Five years down the road, Humboldt is now what I call home and I'm more than I have been able to continue my softball career and academics here."
