HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year varsity letter-winner … four-year recipient of the Berry’s Athletic Supply Scholar Athlete Award: in 2004 with a 4.67 gpa, in 2005 with a 4.5 gpa, in 2006 with a 4.67 gpa, and in 2007 with a 4.40 gpa … Named to the all-league first-team in 2007 and the all-league second-team in 2006 … Earned the Grossmont High School’s Varsity Golden Bat award for a BA over .400 in 2006 … Named to the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic team 2006-07 …Earned her school’s team Most Inspirational Award senior year.
