Camp Information:The Humboldt State Softball program will be conducting a college prep softball camp to high school student-athletes. The purpose of this camp is to give participants the opportunity to work closely with the HSU coaching staff and collegiate softball athletes while showcasing and developing their softball skills.
The camp will cover a variety of skills such as defense, hitting, pitching, and catching. At the end of the camp, there will be a short intermission to allow you to eat a quick snack. Please bring any food you may wish to eat during this time. Afterward, we will hold a Question & Answer session for camp participants and parents. So come prepared with any questions you may have. Following the Q&A session will be a campus tour for those participants that are interested.
Camp Cost: $60 for one camp

DOWNLOAD WAIVER RELEASE AGREEMENTEquipment Needed:All players must bring their own glove, cleats, bat, and tennis shoes for inside our turf fieldhouse. Catchers, bring your gear.
Weather permitting we will be outside on our field so bring any necessary warm clothes.
Coaching Staff:Shelli Sarchett - Head CoachCoach Sarchett, a key member of the 1999 Humboldt State national championship team, took over as head coach of the Lumberjacks at the conclusion of the 2013 campaign. She is only the second head coach since the program was revived in 1989, taking over for her mentor, NFCA Hall-of-Famer Frank Cheek. Sarchett was part of the coaching staff that took home the 2008 NCAA Division II National Coaching Staff of the Year and 2013 West Region Coaching Staff of the Year awards. She wasa three time All-West Region and three-time All-American as a third baseman and catcher. She is a member of the HSU Hall of Fame.
Alicia Reid - Assistant CoachIn 2013, Coach Reid was a part of our NFCA Division ll West Region Coaching Staff of the Year as a graduate assistant coach after playing two years for the Green and Gold. She transferred to HSU from CSU Stanislaus, where she played both basketball and softball. She received All-League honors in her senior year after batting .337 with 14 home runs. She currently holds the CCAA record and tied the NCAA record for most home runs in a single game (4). She is currently finishing her Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Teaching/Coaching.
Chrissy Stalf - Assistant CoachCoach Stalf played four years at HSU and finished her career as one of the most decorated athletes to come out of the program. In 2013, she led the nation in home runs with 28 tying the NCAA record. She holds the HSU and CCAA record in home runs with 57. She was a two-time All-American and four-time All-Conference and All-West Region Player. Stalf twice earned CCAA MVP honors and was a two-time team captain.
