Over the past 10 seasons, Coach Billups has worked alongside some of the most successful coaches in college basketball. We are fortunate to welcome him to the Green and Gold."

Billups began his collegiate career at Texas Christian University where he first served as a student manager for four seasons under both head coach Trent Johnson and Jamie Dixon. His final season saw the Horned Frogs win the 2017 National Invitation Tournament Championship.
"I am thankful for the opportunity to join the Cal Poly Humboldt men's basketball program," stated Billups. "Coach Tifft is someone I have the utmost respect for and is a proven winner as a head coach. I look forward to serving our players, university, and community as we build a program that fans will be proud of. Go 'Jacks!"
