Bianucci is in his second year as a member of the Humboldt State men’s soccer coaching staff. He came to Humboldt State in the Fall of 2018. His primary responsibilities are scouting, recruiting, running warm-ups and goalkeeper training along with opponent analysis and development of game plans.
He came to Humboldt State from Sonoma State where he was the volunteer assistant coach from 2017-18. During his time at Sonoma State, Bianucci helped with scouting, recruiting, game day management and helped run training sessions.
While at Sonoma State, Bianucci coached for Santa Rosa United Soccer Club where he was the assistant coach for SRU’s U13 and U14 US Soccer Development Academy teams.
From 2012-17, he coached for North Coast FC in Petaluma, Calif where he gained experience coaching in the National Premier League. During his time coaching at North Coast, Bianucci was the assistant girls’ coach at Petaluma High School in Petaluma, Calif. Bianucci also was the assistant boys’ soccer coach at Casa Grande High School in Petaluma, Calif., from 2015-16.
Bianucci started coaching in 2012-13 as the graduate assistant at Dominican University of California. He was a two-year letter-winner for the men’s soccer team at Dominican and the team captain from 2011-12. He was a member of the Santa Rosa Junior College Soccer Team in Santa Rosa, Calif., from 2008-10.
He received his Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies/Teacher Preparation from Dominican in 2013 as well as his Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Biannuci is working on his Masters of Arts from Concordia University in Irvine, Calif., in Coaching and Sports Administration. He also has his USSF level C Coaching License.
