Late Third Set Rally Falls Short, as Golden Eagles Drop Lumberjacks 3-0

LOS ANGELES, Calif.--- Lindsey McLaughlin had eight kills and Nicole Yakushenok had 11 assists as the Lumberjacks late rally in the third round fell short, as the team fell to the Golden Eagles of Cal State Los Angeles in three straight sets on Friday evening. Avery McIntyre recorded three blocks while Kaitlyn Patterson had eight digs in the loss. 

 

Humboldt (2-12, 1-10 CCAA) will finish off the weekend against Cal State Dominguez Hills (3-15, 1-10 CCAA) before returning to Lumberjack Arena next weekend.
