Humboldt's Comeback Falls Short to Roadrunners in Thanksgiving Classic

DENVER, Colo. -- Day two of the Thanksgiving Classic saw the Cal Poly Humboldt men's basketball team face off against Metropolitan State University of Denver. Despite cutting a 17-point MSU Denver lead down to two points with five minutes to go, Humboldt came up short in the final minutes and fell 91-84 in the mile high city. Marlon Ruffin led the way for the Jacks, scoring 21 points on 7-11 shooting from the field.
