ARCATA, Calif. – Aidan Fowler led the charge with a stellar 24-point performance on 73% shooting, and

The Lumberjacks (3-1, 0-0 CCAA) opened the game with a blistering offensive display, shooting 53% from the field in the first half, including 50% from beyond the arc, to take a commanding 49-33 lead into halftime. Fowler set the tone early, connecting on five three-pointers and finishing 8-for-11 from the field.

His presence on both ends anchored the Lumberjacks, who also excelled defensively, forcing 18 turnovers and converting them into 17 points.
The Wolves (1-7, 0-0 GNAC) were led by Anjay Cortez, who tallied 23 points and six rebounds. Jason Gallant added 19 points for Western Oregon, but the visitors struggled to contain the Lumberjacks' balanced attack.

Marsai Mason added seven points and four rebounds off the bench, while
Jamal Briscoe and

Rob Diaz III had a 10 point, five rebound, five assist, three steal, and one block performance, getting the job done on both ends of the floor.
