HONOLULU, Hawai'i – Cal Poly Humboldt volleyball wrapped up its stay at the Hawai'i Challenge on Saturday afternoon, falling 3–1 (25–14, 25–16, 17–25, 25–16) to host Hawai'i Pacific inside the Shark Tank.
The Lumberjacks (0-4, 0-0 CCAA) found their rhythm in the third set, hitting .229 as a team while holding the Sharks (2-4, 0-0 PacWest) to a .031 mark to extend the match. Ultimately, Hawai'i Pacific used efficient attacking in sets two and four to seal the contest.

Graysen Trupp led Humboldt with eight kills on a .308 hitting percentage

Brielle Wilson posted a well-rounded effort with seven kills on .333 hitting, a team-high 20 assists, five blocks, and seven digs. She also served up two aces for a team-best 11.5 points.

Addison Bookstaber matched Wilson with seven kills while adding an ace and four digs.

Isabella Hartwig anchored the defense at the net with six blocks, while Rahni Greene added five blocks and hit .300 with four kills.

Defensively, Wilson and Kendall Fenstermacher tied for the team lead with seven digs apiece.
As a team, the 'Jacks tallied 11 blocks and five aces, while keeping pace in kills (36) behind balanced offensive production.
Looking Ahead
Cal Poly Humboldt now returns home to Arcata for the Redwood Coast Volleyball Classic, hosted in Lumberjack Arena next weekend. The tournament will mark the Jacks' first home matches of the 2025 season, bringing a chance to build momentum before heading into conference play.
