COACHING STAFF
Angela Spoja begins her fifth season as the head coach of the Lumberjacks in 2026 and her 31st season overall. Spoja will be joined on the coaching staff by assistant coaches Tusalava Kuaea, Macey Hayden and first-year assistant coach Braeden Ferrone.
The 2026 roster features 20 players, including a mix of returning veterans, transfers and newcomers.
OUTSIDE HITTERS (10)
The Lumberjacks' outside hitter group features a combination of experience, size and versatility. Senior Graysen Trupp headlines the group while also providing an option on the opposite side. Trupp brings veteran leadership and the ability to contribute on both sides of the net.
Humboldt returns junior Sadie Scott, along with sophomores Emma Fauth, Tatyana Jennings and Kendall Fenstermacher as well as Addison Bookstaber. The group gives the Lumberjacks multiple options on the pins and provides depth across the front row and back row.
Newcomers Anayah Rucker, Hailey Colyar, Avary Spoja, and Branson Lennon will also look to make an impact as they begin their Humboldt careers.
MIDDLE BLOCKERS (4)
The Lumberjacks' middle blocker group features a strong combination of returning experience and young talent. Sophomores Rahni Greene, Phoebe Bland and Isabella Hartwig return to anchor the position, while freshman Lily Ruiz adds another option in the middle.
Greene, Bland and Hartwig give Humboldt a trio of returning players with collegiate experience, while Ruiz provides additional depth as the Lumberjacks enter the 2026 season.
SETTERS (3)
Humboldt's setter group features junior Brielle Wilson, who returns after gaining experience in the position, while sophomore Claire Crawford and freshman Delaney Buchanan provide additional depth for the Jacks. The group gives the Lumberjacks multiple options to help direct the offense throughout the season.
DEFENSIVE SPECIALISTS/LIBEROS (2)

Andrade returns with collegiate experience and will provide stability in the back row, while Blanchard gives Humboldt another young option as the Lumberjacks look to establish their defensive identity.
OPPOSITE (1)
Humboldt's opposite features junior Nyah Johnson. Johnson returns with collegiate experience at the position. Johnson gives the Lumberjacks offensive firepower in the lineup.
