HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year varsity starter at Cherokee Trail High (Aurora, Colo.) ... sat out her sophomore season due to injury ... was a member of the 2008 4A League Championship Cougar team ... captained the Cougars as a senior ... earned Team MVP award her senior year.

PERSONAL: Born Nov. 11, 1992, in Anchorage, Ala. ... parents are Scott West and Amy Popp ... Majoring in communications ... enjoys listening to music, running, camping, rapping, playing guitar and eating ... played club soccer for Colorado Storm Royal.
