Biography

HUMBOLDT (2024): Started all 16 matches with a total of 1424 minutes played leading the team...Had a total of 6 shutouts...Dean's List...(2023): Started all 20 matches of the 2023 season, leading the team with 1782 minutes played...Ranked third in the CCAA in goals against average (.708), shutouts per game (10), and saves (74), with a save percentage of .841%...Posted seven saves during their rival match with Chico State (10/15), Thomson-Terrel faced five shots on target in the second half from Chico and held off the Wildcats, helping the Jacks win 1-0...CCAA Player of the Week...(2022): The redshirt freshman goalkeeper, was listed as a CCAA Honorable Mention. Thomson-Terrel boasted a team leading 1,609 minutes played and started every game for the Jacks in goal. She collected 61 saves and had a goals against average of 0.95, both of which are good for sixth among goalkeepers in the conference. She also posted seven clean sheets and a save percentage of 78.2%, which tie her for fourth in the conference for both categories.

PRIOR TO HUMBOLDT:  Thomson-Terrel is a three-year letter-winner at Kelso High School...In 2019, she earned First Team 3A All-League honors. During her freshman and sophomore seasons, Thomson-Terrel was named to the 3A All-League Second Team...two-time Most Valuable Teammate recipient and a three-time Scholar-Athlete Award recipient...competes in club soccer with Portland Thorns Academy.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Zoology... daughter of Erik Terrel and Cari Thomson, who swam for Northern Arizona University...sister to Hunter, who plays soccer at Evergreen State...Enjoys spending time with friends and going to the beach...Fun fact, she has a stuffed opossum collection and a pet rat.

"I chose Humboldt for the area. I love all of the outdoor activity options- from going to the snow, to swimming in the ocean. I also love the academic side and I love my team members and coaches."
