Taylor McMillin-Bianucci

Taylor McMillin-Bianucci enters her second fall season as an assistant coach at Cal Poly Humboldt. Having grown up in the Humboldt community, she has a deep appreciation for the region and its rich soccer community. Prior to joining the staff, she served as the head women's soccer coach at College of the Redwoods for three seasons. Before leading the Corsairs, McMillin-Bianucci spent five years as an assistant coach at Humboldt State University.

As a student- athlete, she attended Mendocino College for the 2012 and 2013 Seasons. McMillin-Bianucci enjoyed a standout career where she established herself as one of the program's most accomplished players. She ranks third all-time in games played (42), second in career points (78), second in assists (22), second in games started (41), and third in shots on goal (133).

McMillin-Bianucci competed for the Lumberjacks in 2014 and again in 2017. During her first season, she led the team with six goals and earned Team Most Valuable Player honors.

McMillin-Bianucci earned an Associate of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Mendocino College in 2014 before completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Humboldt State University in 2018. She continued her education at Concordia University Irvine, earning a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration in January 2021.

In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, McMillin-Bianucci is entering her fifth year as the Director of Coaching for Sequoia FC. In this leadership role, she oversees player and coach development, helping build a positive club culture while creating a pathway for players to develop both on and off the field.
