HUMBOLDT (2023): Named CCAA Newcomer of the Year...All-CCAA Second Team...Started all 20 games in the 2023 season, totaling 1171 minutes...Tied the CCAA lead with eight goals and led conference with 27 shots on goal...Second in the CCAA with 23 points, seven assists, and 51 shots...Set a program record against Seattle Pacific (9/2), scoring four goals, including the game winner. Long is the first Lumberjack in program history to ever score four goals in a single match...Long cemented her name in the record books in basketball as well, being the first student-athlete to be voted CCAA Newcomer of the Year in two sports.

PRIOR TO HUMBOLDT: Graduated from Port Angeles High School...MVP in soccer...Defensive Player of the year in basketball...Transfer from Peninsula College.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology...Daughter of Kenton and Alyssa...Sister of Alek, Gracie, Gabriel, Josiah, Julianna, Lucy, Tessa, and Lorelei...Enjoys sports, hiking, doing things with friends and family, playing board and video games, and biking...Fun fact, she was born in Modesto, California. Also a member of the Cal Poly Humboldt Women's Basketball Team.
