ARCATA, Calif.--- Humboldt State Lumberjacks' volleyball team will continue their three-game road trip with the final leg this weekend. The Lumberjacks will travel to Turlock this Friday, October 4 to Face Stanislaus State. HSU will end its road trip this Saturday, October 5 at Chico State in Chico. Both matches are scheduled to begin at 5pm.
RECAP OF HSU'S LAST MATCH: The Lumberjacks started their three-match road trip with a four-set loss (14-25, 25-20, 20-25, 15-25) at Sonoma State this past Saturday afternoon. With the loss, HSU falls to 5-6 overall and 1-3 in the CCAA.
Lenox Loving paced HSU with her 11 kills while
Hannah Cantrell added eight.
Odelia Ryan recorded 23 digs to lead the way for the 'Jacks.

WARRIORS IN REVIEW: Going into its match this Tuesday against San Francisco State, Stanislaus State is 7-4 overall and 2-2 in the CCAA. The Warriors are led by Yisel Perez's 94 kills with Macky Morris right behind her with 93. Krista Hernandez has a team leading 184 digs and 15 service aces. Leading the way with 39 total blocks is Jordan Wilson. Stanislaus State leads the all-time series with the Lumberjacks 15-11 including winning the last five matches in a row. The last HSU win was on Sept. 23, 2016, a four-set win by the 'Jacks in Arcata. The last win in Turlock by the 'Jacks was a three-set win on Sept. 25, 2015.
WILDCATS IN REVIEW: Chico State is 7-5 overall and 3-1 in the CCAA entering its Tuesday match versus Cal State East Bay. The Wildcats will host Sonoma State before taking on the 'Jacks this Saturday evening. Kim Wright leads Chico State with her 163 kills, 14 service aces and 44 total blocks. Brooke Fogel has a team leading 167 digs and Brooke One has a team high 470 assists. Chico State leads the all-time series 22-4. The last HSU win was on Sept. 24, 2016, a four-set win in Arcata. The 'Jacks won on Oct. 14, 2011, in five-sets in Chico.
WHAT'S NEXT: Humboldt State will return home to Lumberjack Arena for a pair of CCAA matches on October 10 and 12. The 'Jacks will face Cal State East Bay on Oct. 10 at 5pm. They will host San Francisco State on Oct. 12 at 7pm. This will also be Dig Pink Night.
