QUOTES FROM THE COACH:   "After a successful weekend in Turlock the team is tired from our first long trip, but continuing to put in the work and train through these early season meets so we'll be ready to peak in May," added head coach Sarah Ingram. "Distance runners will be taking this weekend off, and will rejoin the sprinters hurdlers jumpers and throwers the following week up at Oregon State. At Lane, we'll be competing with a mixture of JC, NAIA, and NCAA DI, DII, and DIII programs mostly from the Oregon and Washington area. We spent a lot of time in Oregon last spring, so we should be seeing some familiar faces this weekend."

THIS WEEK: Humboldt will be in Eugene, Oregon, this Saturday, March 12 competing in the LCC Open at the Titan Stadium. The open will begin at 10am with the field events and the running events will commence at noon.  The day will conclude with the men's 4x400 relay at 5pm.

UP NEXT:  After the Lace CC Open, the Jacks will return to the State of Oregon on Saturday, March 19 to participate in the OSU PNW hosted by Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.  Humboldt will have its home invitational in two weeks on March 26 when they host the Humboldt Invitational at Redwood Bow
