ARCATA, Calif. – Cal Poly Humboldt head men's basketball coach Chris Tifft announced on Wednesday the signing of Kalib LaCount.
"We are extremely excited about the addition of Kalib to our roster," stated Tifft. "Kalib is a dynamic point guard who brings charisma and high level game experience to our program. His leadership and playmaking ability will be a key factor to our future success."
The point guard from Los Angeles joins the Lumberjacks with two years of eligibility remaining. LaCount, a transfer from East Carolina of the American Athletic Conference, played in 56 games and started nine across two seasons. He averaged 3.4 points per game and 1.4 assists per game during his time with the Pirates.
