ARCATA, Calif--- Humboldt State will host its final two matches of the 2021 regular season this Thursday and Saturday, November 11 and 13 at Lumberjacks Arena. The 'Jacks will entertain Cal State Dominguez Hills this Thursday, November 11 at 5pm. In their regular season home finale, the Lumberjacks will host Cal State Los Angeles at 3pm. Prior to the match on Saturday, HSU will recognize its seniors in

Carla Crespo,
Lenox Loving,
Jasmine McNeal and
Christa Pilgrim. Humboldt State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will also be doing Lace Up Matches at both matches with opportunities to help fundraise to awareness for pediatric cancer.
COACHING STAFF: The 'Jacks are coached by eighth-year head coach
Kelly Wood. Coach Wood is assisted by
Paul Castillo who is in his third season on Coach Wood's staff.
RECAP OF THIS PAST WEEKEND: The Lumberjacks finished off their road part of their regular season with two losses in the Valley. This past Friday in Chico, Humboldt State lost in three to Chico State (13-25, 14-25, 9-25).
Lindsey McLaughlin and
Malia Coyle combined for ten kills while Coyle added two total blocks. In Turlock, HSU lost in three to Stanislaus State (20-25, 16-25, 18-25) on Saturday evening. McLaughlin paced the 'Jacks with her 13 kills and 12 digs.
Nicole Yakushenok had 13 assists while
Riley White added 10.
Carla Crespo had a team high 13 digs for the 'Jacks (3-16, 2-14 CCAA).

LACE UP FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER: At both matches on November 11 and 13, Lumberjack players will buy gold shoelaces for $5/pair, wear the laces during the designated matches to raise awareness for pediatric cancer and $4 goes directly to help the children they support. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase the shoelaces at both matches. This is put on by Go4TheGoal.
DOUBLE-DOUBLE:
Lenox Loving has recorded four double-doubles this season with a season high 23 kills against Academy of Art on Sept. 11.
Riley White and
Lindsey McLaughlin also have recorded double-doubles this season. White's came in HSU's win at Cal State Dominguez Hills with a 16-assist, 13-dig performance. McLaughlin recorded hers this past weekend at Stanislaus with a 13-kill, 12-dig performance.

Lindsey McLaughlin leads the 'Jacks with her 148 kills and 16 aces while she is second on the team with 43 total blocks.
Hannah Cantrell leads HSU with her 53 total blocks and is second with her 111 kills.
Anna Hospodar is third on the team with her 103 kills while
Riley Tishlarich leads the team with her 227 assists.
Carla Crespo has a team high 253 digs and is second on the team with 14 service aces.
CCAA LEADERS: The duo of
Hannah Cantrell and
Carla Crespo are in the top ten in the CCAA in digs and blocks. Cantrell is tied for sixth in blocks per set and ninth in total blocks. Crespo is second in digs/set and eighth in total digs.

CAL STATE DOMINGUEZ HILLS: The Toros enter Thursday's contest with a 1-20 overall record and a 2-13 CCAA record. Nicole Perry leads the Toros with her 158 kills while Gabbie Silva has a team high 265 digs and Bailey Fuches is leading CSUDH with her 299 assists. Jenna Sandall has a team high 28 aces while Jesie Diekmann leads the team with her 48 blocks.
Humboldt State leads the all-time series with the Toros 16-11 including winning in four in Carson on September 18 this season.

Lindsey McLaughlin with 10 kills and seven blocks.
Riley Tishlarich had three service aces and 24 assists. Jenna Sandall paced CSUDH with 12 kills and three service aces.
CAL STATE LOS ANGELES: The Golden Eagles enter their match at Sonoma State on Thursday with a 16-7 overall record and a 12-4 CCAA record. Cal State Los Angeles is led by Karla Santos with 323 kills and 24 aces while Emily Elliott has 314 kills and Eliza Cannon has a team high 632 assists. Daisy Crenshaw leads CSULA with her 48 blocks while Jeshmaire Suarez has a team high 359 digs.
Cal State Los Angeles leads the all-tie series with the 'Jacks 22-3 including winning the last four. The Golden Eagles defeated the 'Jacks in four in Los Angeles on September 17.
