WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif.--- Cal Poly Humboldt's rowing team continued its 2022 season this morning at the Aggie Invitational in West Sacramento, Calif. The Jacks competed against UC Davis and Orange Coast College at the Port of West Sacramento.
"We had good progressions from yesterday," said head coach
Matt Weise. "The crews had better technical execution but we are a bit fatigued from yesterday's racing so we're emotionally a bit flatter. We had an illness in our first boat so we had to juggle line-ups this morning."
The varsity 8+ A team had a time of 7:13.3 to defeat UC Davis while the varsity 4+ had a winning time of 7:44.7. The Jacks had a varsity 8+ B team finish in fourth with a time of 8:08. The novice 8+ team finished in third with a time of 8:08 while the novice 4+ finished in third with a time of 7:48.3
