ARCATA, Calif.--- Both of the Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjack Track and Field Teams will continue their season this weekend in Ashland, Ore., as they will participate in the Raider Invitational on the campus of Southern Oregon University this Friday-Saturday, April 15-16. The Jacks had another stellar week at the Stanislaus Multi-Event and Sacramento State Invitational.
RECAP OF LAST WEEK: Highlighting last week were the multi-athlete's performance at Stanislaus State Multi-Events.
Grace Kasberger captured the Stanislaus Multi's with her 4099 points, which currently leads the conference. She is also currently seventh on the Jacks' top ten list in the heptathlon.
Travis Allen placed third in the decathlon with his 5527 points which places him sixth in the CCAA. The Jacks also competed in the Sacramento State Invitational where 15 athletes recorded personal best times or marks.
Joy Hano moved into fifth place on Humboldt's Top Ten list with her fifth-place time of 12.33 in the 100-meter dash. She also improved her time in the 100 hurdles with a second-place time of 14.50. Hano is tenth in school history with her fourth-placed time of 25.65 in the 200. Also placing second in their events were
Emily Bath (800, 2:22.17) and
Aris Valerio (800, 1:53.66).
AMONGST THE CCAA LEADERS: Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjacks have recorded top 10 marks or times in 22 events in the CCAA.
Rosa Granados has recorded a NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time in the 10,000-meter run. Heading into this week, Granados is 33

THIS WEEK: Humboldt will travel to Ashland, Oregon, to compete in the two-day Raider Invitational, April 15-16 on the campus of Southern Oregon University.
UP NEXT: After Saturday, Humboldt will return to competition for the final time this regular season on April 23 when the Jacks travel to Chico to participate in the Chico Invitational. This will be their final competition prior to the CCAA Championships, May 5-7 at San Francisco State University in San Francisco.
