ARCATA, Calif. - Cal Poly Humboldt volleyball standouts Graysen Trupp and Elizabeth Jade Andrade were named to the Oredigger Volleyball Classic All-Tournament Team following their performances during the Lumberjacks season-opening weekend in Golden, Colo.

Humboldt was one of only two programs to receive multiple selections, joining Northern State, while every other represented program had one honoree. Andrade was also the only libero selected to the All-Tournament Team.

Trupp led Humboldt's attack throughout the three-match tournament, finishing with 35 kills and a .363 hitting percentage across 11 sets. She averaged 3.18 kills per set while committing only six errors on 80 attacks.

The senior outside hitter opened the tournament with 13 kills and a .522 hitting percentage against host Colorado School of Mines. Trupp followed with a tournament-high 14 kills in Humboldt's 3-1 victory over Colorado Christian. She closed the weekend with eight kills and no errors on 17 attacks, hitting .471 as the Lumberjacks swept UCCS. Trupp also contributed four block assists and finished the tournament with 37 total points.

Andrade anchored Humboldt's back row, collecting 53 digs for an average of 4.82 per set. She added five service aces and nine assists while committing only one reception error during the tournament.

The libero opened the weekend with a match-high 21 digs against the Orediggers. Andrade then recorded 20 digs, four service aces and five assists in the victory over Colorado Christian. She added 12 digs and an ace in Humboldt's sweep of UCCS.

The Lumberjacks finished the Oredigger Volleyball Classic with a 2-1 record. After falling to Colorado School of Mines in the season opener, Humboldt responded with consecutive victories over Colorado Christian and UCCS. 
Trupp and Andrade helped Humboldt close the tournament by winning six of its final seven sets.

The Lumberjacks return to Arcata for their home opener Thursday, Sept. 3, when they face Northwest Nazarene at 4 p.m. inside Lumberjack Arena to begin the Redwood Coast Volleyball Classic.
