ARCATA — After getting comfortable playing at home for almost all of October, Humboldt State has to finish the 2012 season out on the road. The Jacks head to Southern California for their longest road trip, facing Cal State Los Angeles on Friday, Oct. 19, at 2 p.m. and Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sunday, Oct. 21, at 12:30 p.m.
Head-to-Head
Both Cal State L.A. and Cal State Dominguez Hills have only allowed Humboldt State to grab one victory in the all-time series. Last year, the Golden Eagles beat the Jacks 2-1 to extend the series to a 5-1-1 record in favor of CSULA. The Toros also claimed a one goal margin victory, winning 1-0 to put the all-time series in their favor at 8-1-1. The Jacks grabbed the only victories against the two squads in the same year, back in 2003, when HSU beat CSULA 4-2 and CSUDH 1-0, both on the road.
