MONMOUTH, Ore. – Cal Poly Humboldt wrapped up its 2025 cross country season on Saturday morning with a 20th-place team finish at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships, hosted by Western Oregon University at Ash Creek Preserve.
The Lumberjacks tallied 512 team points in the 6K race, which featured 28 teams and some of the nation's top Division II programs.
Isabel Perez-Zoghbi led the way for Humboldt, crossing the line in 21:35.06 to place 47th overall. Brinna Weiseth followed closely behind with a 72nd-place finish in 21:59.17, marking another strong performance with a new PR.
Rounding out the scoring for the Jacks were Lyla Fedio (113th, 22:46.01, PR), Maddie McKenna (132nd, 23:01.77, PR), Charlotte Leonard (152nd, 23:22.81), and Anna Tasky (157th, 23:34.07, PR).
The meet concludes a strong 2025 campaign for the Lumberjacks, who consistently improved throughout the fall and capped the year among the top-20 teams in the always-competitive West Region.
