Humboldt Athletics Hall of Fame
Blake Moorman was a quarterback for the Cal Poly Humboldt football team from 2005 to 2006. A consistent leader on the field, Moorman earned First Team All-GNAC honors in 2005 and Second Team All-Independents recognition in 2006. He graduated following a prolific two-year career that left a lasting mark on the program's record books. Moorman ranks third all-time in passing yards with 4,684 and holds the fourth and fifth spots for most passing yards in a single season, throwing for 2,388 yards in 2006 and 2,296 yards in 2005. He also sits fourth in both single-season pass completions (192) and career pass completions (347). Additionally, he is sixth all-time in single-season passing touchdowns with 19 in 2006 and fourth in career touchdown passes with 34. Moorman capped his senior year by leading the Lumberjacks to an impressive 9-1 record.
