Humboldt Athletics Hall of Fame
Mariah Smither was named a First Team Pocock All-American in 2016 and apart of the 2014 NCAA National Championship team on the Varisty 8 boat. Smither was not only a champion on the water, but she was also a champion in the classroom. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Biology, is a 2x recipient of the NCAA's Elite 90 Award (an honor bestowed to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative GPA participating at the finals site), a Capital One Academic All-American in 2015, and a 2014 CRCA National Scholar-Athlete.
