Humboldt Athletics Hall of Fame
Lynn Warner, HSU women’s athletic director for several years, scored many athletic honors while at Humboldt from 1966-70. She was the women’s badminton conference champion, a record holder in three track and field events, and a member of of the volleyball, field hockey, basketball, and softball teams. Warner was the Women’s Athletic Association president in 1967. She has acted as HSU women’s track and field, basketball, badminton, and softball coach. In 1978 she was honored as the Coach of the Year for softball in the Golden State Conference.
